Texas would just defund the state lottery and then use a private company aka Powerball, Mega Millions companies to build and run the business. This would make wining harder for ever day players and harder for courier companies. This is what states use now to ensure the least pick numbers come out per drawings on the smaller jackpot</p>]]></description>
