I've stayed/played there a number of years ago (Beau Rivage). Also stayed/played at the Casino Magic down the street, but I don't think that one's around anymore. They had great craps max odds (10x), which made things fun.

When we take a junket flight to Biloxi and stay @ the Beau Rivage, we walk across the street to play the MS lottery. MGM will not sell lotto on their properties despite me asking them which states/casinos do in a letter to them.

It did not take very long for Mississippi to get on the Double Play wagon of Powerball. Whomever did the research prior to launching their lottery did their homework IMHO.
