You are only complaining that the Powerball is rigged because you probably purchased 1 grand in lottery tickets and only won $4. You know nothing about Powerball because people win money in everyone single drawing. It may not be the jackpot but it is life changing money to some. Whether it be $10M from the double play, 1M second prize, $50K third prize, and any of the smaller prizes that still put a smile on someone's face.
