After expiration date - I wish they would put those in a must win draw and award 10K each - that would be a good present to the winners.

Both amounts are decent sums. I mean that is grocery shopping for years and years

Powerball is now 1.6 billion, people have been chasing this jackpot for months, yet two winning tickets out there likely to go unclaimed. Makes no sense

Maybe there waiting for January to roll around for a new tax year?

Just bought seven PB (straight) for the folks @ Derby City Gaming employees. Churchill Downs won't allow gifts to be opened on their premises...so they will get surprised.
