As far as a lot of tickets are concerned New York, and the 5 boroughs generate a lot of sales but you don't get a lot of jackpot winners here.

I really liked the odds of the Millionaire Raffle game, so I bought several tickets, the winner explained to the Lottery. I won a $366,984 Fantasy 5 jackpot prize just over a year ago, so when I logged into my Lottery account and saw a notification that I'd won the $1 million Millionaire Raffle prize, I was in total disbelief that I'd won big again!

I stand to be corrected, but this sure does feel and sound like a Lottery Post member

Michigan is rigged. Most of the big winners come from the same side of the state, near the Detroit area. Since it happens so frequently, I renamed the lottery to Wayne County Lottery. The population size is always cited as to why the majority of winners come from there. Yeah, okay
