I sure wish they would change that.......I want to play other places besides Ky...maybe we should investigate what it takes to remove the restrictions....does anyone know how the restrictions got to be put in place in the first place? I always thought it was Sexy Bill...maybe I am wrong.

No, they're just going to sell tickets in the store using an ATM-style machine. The term online doesn't mean on the internet , it means that a human is not involved in the sale.

Now how can a 7-11 sell lottery tickets online when the states do not even allow it.Now if I live in S.C. can I play other states by this method?What is v-com
