I think they are looking at money not made yet. They are looking at the additional 268 mil for scholarships..if they get sued, that money is out the window. Everyone is gearing up to go to court. The Good Ole Boys do not want to be left out of this fat meat pie ..

I can't beleive that they are even debating this still....if the joint venture comes about, the other vendors WILL sue, a judge WILL grant an injunction, and the vaunted December startup that GA is pushing as the key reason to form the joint venture will slip to January, then Feburary, then March, etc.Headline from December 1, 2006 Tennesseean A Dollar and a Dream...First Lottery Tickets Go on Sale Today . Tennessee's lottery board is pushing ahead with preparations for an unprecedented partnership with Georgia despite escalating criticism of the arrangement and no definitive answer as to whether it would be legal.
