That's NOT TRUE a REAL LOTTERY PLAYER is a PLAYER that WINS MONEY or selects his OWN NUMBERS.How he ACCEPTS his MONEY has nothing to do with it as long as he GETS HIS MONEY be it CASH or ANNUITY.

A Monmouth County woman has claimed a $12 million Mega Millions lottery jackpot.Cindy Wilson had the only winning ticket for the Oct. 7 drawing, lottery officials said Monday.
