The woman who gained national attention when she said she lost a winning Mega Millions lottery ticket has changed her mind about her legal case. Elecia Battle, 40, changed her plea from no contest to not guilty.Battle is charged with filing a false police report saying she purchased the winning ticket and then lost it in the parking lot of the convenience store.
