The woman who gained national attention when she said she lost a winning Mega Millions lottery ticket has changed her mind about her legal case.

Elecia Battle, 40, changed her plea from no contest to not guilty.

Battle is charged with filing a false police report saying she purchased the winning ticket and then lost it in the parking lot of the convenience store.

Her story was shot down when the real winner, Rebecca Jemison, came forward.

A judge has granted the change in her plea. Battle also asked the judge for a jury trial and she wants a change of venue.  Battle was scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 19.

Interestingly, tonight there is another chance for someone to win a $150 million Mega Millions lotto jackpot.
