They should have done this sooner to prdvent what hapened. The lady could have just gotten a court order to stop payment of the ticket.

The Western Canada Lottery Corporation is changing its definition of a winning ticket, after a woman was allowed to collect her prize with a photocopy.Earlier this month, a judge awarded a Calgary woman the $100,000 jackpot, even though she only had a copy of the winning ticket.
