			<description><![CDATA[<p>A former procurement officer with the South Carolina Education Lottery has been released on bond after his arrest on charges that he converted $425 for his own use.Robert Lyon, 25, turned himself in Friday evening at the Richland County jail, a State Law Enforcement Division spokeswoman said.Lyon is charged with breach of trust, according to the warrant.
