i've made quite a bit,saved it,then blew it over a period of time,right now i'm in bad shape but thats my fault because i chose to play a lot of the money i won right back on the lottery and went through a dry spell.my rent is due on the first and this is the first time in five years that i know i won't pay it on time but worrying doesn't do me any good i just roll with whatever happens and try what i can to make it better,but i haven't asked for a handout because in my opinion i don't think its... Hey, time to close this thread! After all, she did say no more replies to her original post are necessary. As for me, live in a house in the country (mind you, still owe on it and quite a bit more than $40K!)which beats my situation years ago of being on welfare....talk about not much money!! So things can get better.....however: Do not pray for an easy life. Pray to be a strong person.

Yes Maverick, my point entirely. In my case it's our 5/39 game. I don't want any more than I need and winning more would only lead to more problems for me. A hundred grand gets you out of the hole...no handouts expected, no publicity, just serious bill and debt payoffs and I would be quite happy. And it's attainable whereas the mega game, powerball and 6/49, etc., games are just dreams waiting to be crushed upon wakening and checking your empty wallet to see if you have enough money left ov... Enterprise,Many of us in here are struggling to make ends meet on a daily basis. The lottery is not an answer to that struggle. But a daily $1 quick pick for the jackpot you need (which looks to be a pick 5 game jackpot) gives you hope without too much of a loss.
