			<description><![CDATA[<p>Peach, I don&#x27;t see anything that impresses me that much about those stats.  Maybe I&#x27;m missing something, but just figuring in my head...a digit repeating from the last draw in any position should be 30% since 3 digits represents 30% of the total 10 digits.  Now out of those 30% I think that the percentage for that digit to hit in the same position would be 1 out of 3 or 33%.
