If your in a parimutuel state you better be playing no triples, and no bday numbers then its probably worth it when you hit.

PA should get rid of MATCH 6 because 2/3 of it is forced quick pick and the jackpots are pathetic. LuckyForLife is ok just increase it to 1000/week and as weekly checks, not yearly. Or how about 1000/week tax-free because otherwise it's really around 600 - not enough to retire on.ONE REALLY ANNOYING THING on PA slips, you can't void off a botched play, you have to redo the whole thing! It's great when you can play 1 and then save the slip to use again for board 2 etc.

I like pari-mutuel. It adds another layer of excitement when you win. Now you can dream and speculate on how much you won. And sometimes pari-mutuel systems can result in bugger payouts. Just look at NJ's Pick 4. It rarely pays under $5,000 on a $1 play (usually only happens with popular combos like quads), but it sometimes pays over $8,000 on a $1 play if the combo is obscure enough.

Lotteries that pay out para-mutual on most of their games just aren't doing a good job to their players. I mean what is up with California paying para-mutual for their Daily 3 game? That is just ridiculous. My great state of Michigan doesn't not offer any games that are para-mutual, especially no online games. Online games are not meant to be that. Idea for PA

Replace Unlucky for Life with a 6/59, two plays for $1, but pay 53% (same as Match-6). Jackpots may start lower than NY Lotto, and increase slower, but, the lower tier prizes ($3 for matching three numbers, occasionally $100 for matching 4/6 and $5000 for 5/6) would be shockingly higher than the current NY 6/59, which of course pays out ONLY 38%-40%.The bordering Connecticut and Massachusetts pick-5s are exactly alike except for the four-number prizes, the frequency for drawings, and the CT Kick...
