I am going to start tracking pairs as far as the amt of times hit with each other and how long since they hit last for different states.I would like to know if it is best to place the pairs in a database type program like access or would it be ok to place them in excel? The problem that I face is the fact that in excel I will have to manually change how long it's been since a pair hit because I can not figure out a formula that would allow it to be done automatically---which is why I want to know... [ More ]
