i wouldn't replace lotto. instead, i would bump up the starting jackpot to $2 million annuitized and $1 million cash option. MO Lotto has bigger rollovers than hot lotto.

Draws: Exactly the way they were, with balls. But keep the midday drawings for Pick 3 and Pick 4Pick 3 Pick 4: Definately the gold standard in my opinion.
