Draws: Exactly the way they were, with balls. But keep the midday drawings for Pick 3 and Pick 4

Pick 3 & Pick 4:

Definately the gold standard in my opinion. A bigger variety of ways to play, and a 60% payout. Changing it would be a sin to the lottery gods.

Show Me 5 Paydown:

Scale it back from a 5/44 to a 5/39. And make it pari-mutuel (because that's the proper way you do a rolldown game). Here's the pay scale.

With a Match 5 Winner:

  • Match 5 - 25% - Approx. $75,000
  • Match 4 - 25% - Approx. $500
  • Match 3 - 25% - Approx. $15
  • Match 2 - 25% - Approx. $1
With no Match 5 Winner:

  • Match 5 - Rolled Down
  • Match 4 - 33.3% - Approx. $650
  • Match 3 - 33.3% - Approx. $20
  • Match 2 - 33.3% - Approx. $2
If it seems lower than it should be, keep in mind that I did lower the matrix. So naturally the payouts would go down as a result.

Lotto:

It's pretty good the way it is. But I would change the actual prize structure.
  • Match 6 - 50% - Jackpot
  • Match 5 - 10% - Approx. $900
  • Match 4 - 15% - Approx. $30
  • Match 3 - 25% - Approx. $3

Replace Lotto with Hot Lotto or Lotto South.

i wouldn't replace lotto. instead, i would bump up the starting jackpot to $2 million annuitized and $1 million cash option. MO Lotto has bigger rollovers than hot lotto.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.
