It can be anything, from modified base64 to modified uuencode... passing through all sorts of encryptation....PS: I am new to this forum, so hello everyone

Thank you everybody, no big deal, the programmer was very tricky, I was not able to do it either, but is O.K. I am very tricky also, back when he made the program Texas had only a night draw, so I have used one of the 2 Canada databases for the Texas pick 3 day draw, I can't change it's name to Texas day, but no matter, the program was made so a person could not add new states or new pick 3 history databases, but using then Canada pick 3 database works O.K. to completely replace those old draws... Everything I have indicates this is the hex form of a gif File (named a.gif)You may want to recheck the data file or at least tell us (pm is fine) what the program is that uses this data.Sir Metro

You need to check the program that was designed to use the file because there probably some formatting data in there also. RJOh

I don't see the first three letters of ALABAMA in your block of codes. ALA is 414C41 in hex. I used thefollowing site to translate between HEX and ASCII. http://nickciske.com/tools/hex.php

I would like this hex translated to text, I tried, but can't, need to identify the words and maybe individual letters also and their meanings, I downloaded a hex translator program, but could not translate the text right. Is it encoded or encrypted ? Or what ? Or it might need to be translated in some other way.What kind of hexadecimal language is this ?
