Yeah, he made a clean break of things, maybe back in the '80s. The Monroe Institute continued his instruction, raised the price and tried to make a money-maker out of it, which they succeeded in doing. James Monroe, has a lab in california, and has been one of the top OBE experts around.(out of body experience). He does clearly emphasize that in order to have a successful lucid/OBE is being able to achieve victory over the vibes and the noise. As far as Remote Viewing goes, Never had any experience. Only a couple of years have passed since I've discovered it. Still learning the basics. That's why I put up links. I only know the rudementries. The relation between lucidity and numbers will be explained shortly. However I do think that similair qualities exist within all of us. Jack,I didn't really test it yet. I used the program two or three weeks ago predicting the lottery numbers after the drawing the next day (I didn't know the result of the drawing at the moment of testing ofcourse)....So when the program was running I was concentrating on the drawing (of yesterday at that moment)After a while when the RI program showed me the results, I had 5 of the 6 numbers right in the first 16 of the numbers (results) and 6 of the 6 numbers right in the first 22 or 23 of... electrolysis is being done every day applying silver, gold, brass from one source to another. Supposedly they have transported solid objects from one point to another point. The more complicated elements haven't been overcome yet. However they continue to experiment with them at MTI, and Cal. Tech.

Yeah, I can think of many predictions Dames (Dr. Doom) made that never came to pass. Most RV material taught by ex-military persons is probably rife with disinformation anyway. Google Viking Remote View or RVScience for a different take on all this.

Ed Dames is the person you're reffering to. He is the world's foremost leader in the field of teaching this ability. I think Aaron Donahue was the guy who left or got fired by Ed Dames, a short while ago because of Aaron's flirting with the occult.

I think many factors come into play... the target is very important and since the target for a lottery draw concerns a specific time and place this is where it can get pretty sticky. Just to say 'tonights numbers' or 'the powerball drawing for July 20,2005' may not be good enough since the mind may not comprehend that in the way we think it might. Ed Dames has published a DVD entitled Remote Viewing the Lottery that features a mother/daughter team that has been working on Pick 3 here in Texas. Good product, but I feel they would do better using Prime Line 3.Orangeman

Have you read The Seventh Sense by Lyn Buchanan.Interesting reading.I believe there are video tapes by Lyn Buchanan that discuses Picking lottery numbers not by actually seeing the numbers but by your sense of smell and taste. Hummm... I find that interesting. Does anyone ever say exact WHAT they are remote viewing in order to get the numbers? The CIA dropped it in the 70's when they discovered it isn't possible to READ anything! They couldn't remote view into someone's office and read the papers on their desk, for example. I don't see how a remote viewer would be able to get the numbers...
