In the past two days I've got the workings of this scheme to a jump start. It deals with compiling a data base of a million sets of pick-3 numbers randomly. Keeping that same million sets all the time, without changing the numbers, the program will look back and see the last two and three consecutive drawings and spit out a list of numbers that would show up next...
