That would make a wonderful play option, or something like the combo play in Pick 3 Nebraska (any 1 digit in order drawn gets $1, any 2 digits gets $20, all 3 digits gets $100). Then again I think every state should do that. I need to put a one-size-fits-all proposal in my profile so you'll know what I'd do with every lottery.

The best way to change-up the digit games is to add 4 This Way, which the N.M. Lottery so successfully did. It's my favorite Pick 4 game.
