			<description><![CDATA[<p>That would make a wonderful play option, or something like the combo play in Pick 3 Nebraska (any 1 digit in order drawn gets $1, any 2 digits gets $20, all 3 digits gets $100). Then again I think every state should do that. I need to put a  one-size-fits-all  proposal in my profile so you&#x27;ll know what I&#x27;d do with every lottery.</p>]]></description>
