Draw Method

Bring back the balls, of course. The simplist machines, mind you, but the balls are back. The challenge is finding a TV station. There's only one station licensed in the state of Delaware (WHYY), and I don't know if it has statewide carriage. Web drawings may be the only option.

Play 3 & Play 4

Tell me, how can you change a digit game? You can maybe add pair plays and midday draws, but DE already has that.

    jimmy:

What about Hot Lotto? Yes, HL should be drawn on different nights.

I got the pun (Wayne Lemons).

The best way to change-up the digit games is to add 4 This Way, which the N.M. Lottery so successfully did.  It's my favorite Pick 4 game.

Check the State Lottery Report Card
What grade did your lottery earn?

Sign the Petition for True Lottery Drawings
      Help eliminate computerized drawings!

That would make a wonderful play option, or something like the combo play in Pick 3 Nebraska (any 1 digit in order drawn gets $1, any 2 digits gets $20, all 3 digits gets $100). Then again I think every state should do that. I need to put a "one-size-fits-all" proposal in my profile so you'll know what I'd do with every lottery.
