How about you tell us what you would do with an extra 10% in the prize pool, how about everyone does that. As for just6's request, I think I can do that now. O.K. Now it's time for Massachusetts.Mass CashIt already pays 56%, so it was tough to figure what to do with just an extra 4%. So decided to have a free ticket for matching 2 numbers. But then I had to bring the 4/5 payout to $200 to bring the payout down to 60%.Cash WinfallAlready 60%, so no change needed.MegabucksChange the Match 3 prize to $2. The jackpot cycle shouldn't change with that new prize.

We all know about Florida's new law requiring at least 60% payouts on all games. And I got to thinking, what if other states did the same thing? So I'm going to start a series on what I'd do to certain state's games if they had to raise their payouts to 60%. Let's start with my place of residence, Pennsylvania.
