			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yeah they are....the more people in an area means more tickets also in the area which means a better chance that one of the top prizes will go to a well populated area.  We did just have an exception were I live.  We are a very small town in the UP of Michigan and a winning $300,000 ticket was sold here.  So it happens but just as statistics would expect it to be.Brad</p>]]></description>
