Hello Everyone,

New to this site and glad to find others with similar passion!!!

Hoping this topic hasn't been covered before, but wondering if anyone has any ideas or experience with the top prize distribution on 'Scratchers'?

For example, my favorite game in PA has 5 top prizes remaining to be claimed.  Would PA Lottery Commission seek to ensure the "Top Prizes" are distributed equally from a geographic standpoint?  So that the major Metro areas like Philly, Pittsburgh, and Harrisburg see an equal # of top prizes, or is the distribution totally random?  Thoughts, Ideas???

Yeah they are....the more people in an area means more tickets also in the area which means a better chance that one of the top prizes will go to a well populated area.  We did just have an exception were I live.  We are a very small town in the UP of Michigan and a winning $300,000 ticket was sold here.  So it happens but just as statistics would expect it to be.
