Here&#x27;s a list of the ones I know of that don&#x27;t tax anyone: Delaware; New Jersey; Pennsylvania; Washington DC (non-residents only); New Hampshire; Florida; Tennessee; South Dakota; Texas; Washington State; All Canadian Lotteries.
