After placing those results into word pad,

1. Go to data in excel & hit import

2. Look for the file type (text files)

3. Hit open

4. Make sure that you have file type delimited

5. On delimiters, check off what you don't want to see.

6. Hit next

7. check off column data format as text

8. Hit finish
