Can someone help me figure out an easier way to enter results for virginia? On the lottery website you can download data but once you download the file it is in this format:

2-25-2006; Day: 5,7,6; Night: 3,8,1

 2-27-2006; Day: 6,5,8; Night: 7,2,5

 2-28-2006; Day: 2,0,0; Night: 9,9,4

 3-1-2006; Day: 0,2,8; Night: 0,1,8

 3-2-2006; Day: 5,7,9; Night: 5,3,4

 3-3-2006; Day: 6,3,4; Night: 2,9,2

 3-4-2006; Day: 4,8,8; Night: 5,4,9

 3-6-2006; Day: 6,1,8; Night: 4,9,0

 3-7-2006; Day: 9,3,0; Night: 0,5,4

 3-8-2006; Day: 9,9,8; Night: 7,1,5

 3-9-2006; Day: 6,0,9; Night: 2,9,5

 3-10-2006; Day: 6,2,2; Night: 6,4,3

 3-11-2006; Day: 1,8,0; Night: 4,2,7

I'm just learning to use some of the methods here need the results in a file. Can I input them as is or do i need just the numbers. For instance I would like to use VTRACS how does the file need to be? Also has anyone used VersaBet?

thanks in advance

If you are trying to get those results into excel, you would simply do the following:

After placing those results into word pad,

    1. Go to data in excel & hit import

    2. Look for the file type (text files)

    3. Hit open

    4. Make sure that you have file type delimited

    5. On delimiters, check off what you don't want to see.

    6. Hit next

    7. check off column data format as text

    8. Hit finish

    9. Any other questions, pm me.
