BobP you said:

It might help to remember a 3# prize is third prize in Pick-5 and forth prize in Pick-6.

so if what yo usay is right, it should take less numbers to wheel/weave a 3of 4 in a pick4, (1-35) than a 3of 5 in pick5 wheel. Is that right? If that's right, then it should take less combinations to wheel a 4of 4 in a pick4, (1-35) than a 4of 5 in a pick5? Is that correct or not

Pumpi76, Gail Howard in her books describes and defines wheels extensively, especially about minimum win guarantees; you might find it helpful to get a better background about wheels, which to use, what guarantees mean, etc.

Pumpi76 the thing about wheels is not just the amount of tickets you need to win the 3/4/5 if of's it's the numbers you input. If the input numbers are not drawn the wheel is worthless and a wheel which contains many numbers could generate upwards of 250 tickets. An experienced wheel user has figured out and determined his size wheel he/she might prefer one which works better than others. One also might have a large wheel he/she saves up for.

In pick 5 games Some wheels are set up to cover a... [ More ]

It depends on the guarantee and how many numbers you want to play, not the width of the lotto.

For instance,

A Pick 4 wheel using 10 numbers and a guarantee of 3 if 3 would require 30 tickets.

A Pick 5 wheel using 10 numbers and a guarantee of 3 if 3 would require 18 tickets.

The wheels here on LP are the best I have found. There are other sites that have lots of wheels and I have 3 different programs that generate wheels, but there are no better wheels than you will find here.

Guys, excuse me for this, but i speculate that lotterywheels don't tell you the entire truth. If you look very careful, and you analyze the wheels that they got, you will see that there are discrepancies, stuff that don't add up. I am not going to go into details, but just to mention that he got some wheels for pick5 that offer 3 of 5 matches, and wheels for pick6 that offer 3 or 6 matches for different prize, and offereing different sets, they are the same size, but the wheels for pick5 you hav... [ More ]
