What would you say the predominant configurations are for NJ? Doubles? Singles? If that's the case, then I would pare down to doubles to see if you could nail them at a lower cost point.

I've noticed that too for VA. I pu the numbers in excell and +1 or 2 . It usually is in the 1st or 2nd position. i still have come up with a reliable way of when to add or not.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed, or if it's been tried before. But a lot hits have been missed by one number. Has anyone taken the numbers generated by Emma (1.0 or 1.1), taking a look at the most common pairs (3 number), and taking those numbers and adding 0-9. So let's say the combo 950 comes out frequently in the workout.....just add 0-9 to that number. What do you think

Here's an idea you may want to try to reduce your number of tickets. Consider adding the total of the pick four numbers. In Ontario I've found that the majority of draws total 10 to 19 and 20 to 29. Example : Last nights draw was 3657 for a total of 21. When you put a 3 month database into Excel and colour code the totals you start to see patterns develop indicating the possible total for the next draw. I assume this will work for all States as it does for Ontario.....So when you know what total... [ More ]

Well.

That failed miserably...what I did was inspect the entire previous day's draw and input the numbers in descending frequency order. Then hit Duke up. Only 7 out of 52 draws. Ouch.

In regards to how many draws to select from, you may want to consider using a range between 28 and 32 (think lunar cycle). At least here in GA, I have found that if I stay around 28 games for Midday and 30 games for evening, I can usually see the number show up. Only problem is, my system produces 256 sets, way too many to consider. So now, I am watching out for the ABCx set and concentrating on just playing 10 numbers.

That is a problem, of course, with not playing all 10 digits. I think maybe put in the first 10 (no matter what method you are using) and then do the stager like I showed before (doing every other number) until you have the 16 digits.

Putting in the Last Drawn and reversing does not look good ... too many duplicates. So, if you didn't reverse them for the second set of 8, but rather used every other one, you would have:

Here is another thought. Maybe the last 30 (could be more or less) Last Drawn. Starting on the top, take the top 8, put them in Emma Lou and then reverse the same 8 for your second set of digits. I have done it the way Steve suggested and then my new try.

You just want to use the first 19 picks. You don't need the rest of them - they are simply mirrors of the first 19. Of course, the winner could be in the mirrors, but it's a lot of numbers to play - too many for the payouts to be worth covering lots of states in one day.

I just play the Git 'em Emma picks only for box only for only $4.75 per state.

You may want to consider the idea of NOT hunting for 4 digits, but instead, hunt down 3 of the 4 digits. Then simply snag the 4th digit when you play ALL 10 of the set (ABC0 thru ABC9). In the past, I can always come up with 3 digits on Cash4. I hope to repeat the win from the other nite using the same approach for the future games.

Oh, one side note, in GA, be on the look out for 289x in the evenings. A quick review of what has happened since May 1 this year, if you only played the Evening

Today, I'm using the 100/10 stats for 15 states box only.

The 100 day stats are good for catching those long running hot numbers whereas the 10 day stats account for the overdue and/or cold numbers that have just come into play again.

I'll keep you posted on the results I get today for the midday drawings.

New Emma Lou Method

Here's a method I've used the last couple days and have had pretty good results with.

For those of you who have the Emma Lou program, this may be the best way to go about using it and getting better results with just 19 picks per state. I'm hoping some of you will be able to hone in on the best set of statistics which will produce a higher than break-even result.
