Pumpi, I really admire you for your effort. I wouldn't turn down $30 million however. You could hire your own personal tutor for a lot less and learn 4 languages. But good for you!! Keep it up.

I was thinking that the way things are going in the USA, you really only have to understand a couple of words:

I can shake your hands, I agree with everything you said.

If I was to win a big sum of cash I would also help the poor and needy like someone mentioned and I truly believe that if someone plays the lottery, money means a lot to them. Money talks, without it you can be voiceless, you just need to know how you are going to manage your cash once you make it.

I will choose the knowledge of knowing all the words in the english or spanish dictionary...Is just one of those things that i will not trade for nothing...Everyday i try to learn words off the dictionary..

A general misconception! New cars, unless they are expensive luxury vehicles, don't have a lot of markup in them from invoice to sticker. On the other hand, used car salespeople make much more money on a deal. If you know cars and a trustworthy mechanic, it's usually best to buy a used car from a private party unless you need special financing.

I forgot to mention that what Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Turkey, India and Italy (and only those seven), need is a 1 billion dollar lottery played twice a year just like Spain's...But they need first to start with 500 million (which to me, in some of these countries, 500 million is like 1 billion)....But of course starting a lottery like that you have to first do research, polls, surveys, etc to see if it and how it will work..

I personally have no delusions that MONEY has yet to cure a person in the mist of a heart attack.

Sure it's no guarantee to save a life, but guess what, my blood pressure would be normal when I received the bill for the hospital stay and everything else associated with it. One of my favorite cars ever was an '86 Olds Cutlass. Had to get rid of it to buy a truck for my job. There were many tears shed upon the trade-in and they weren't all due to the dealership's invasive cavity search .

But that's the nice thing about getting older. You get to a point where you don't really give a damn about what's on top of the wheels...if it rolls without your feet propelling it, it's a good thing.

I can't for the life of me understand why people feel that money isn't important. Please explain to me why those people are hell bent on convincing others that life is just one big happy family and love is all you need.

In that scenario MPG doesn't mean squat because you have $27,000 to spend on gas. I put Premium in my '89 Bonneville because of my driving conditions. I'm not sweating the gas because I'm not sweating the vehicle payment.

All they trying to do is make money, they don't care about the welfare of drivers. Yeah they introduced the front and side airbags but that's it. Ask yourself something. And more important than money is to make the money (all those millions)collected from lotteries go into higher education, that way grants scholarships for the needy abound..HOw will you feel if everyone in your country could afford college or grad school?Yeah of course not everyone can get a job, but it will still be a triumph for your country...Also more important than money is to creat a gigantic lotto stock market but for small investment/betting that will have mass impact just the same way... According to government statistics I would be considered a poor person. I don't feel poor. I live within my means. When you are conditioned to do that, you don't go out and buy an Escalade when you hit a jackpot. You buy a $10,000 car that can get you to and from your lottery agent and get rid of your $150 seventeen year old car.

I ve always thought that the greatest joy I d ever get from winning is being able to help other people. I m going to be able to do a lot of good work with this. I ve got an extended family that is very much in need.

Money doesn t mean a great deal to me. We ve got enough to live on. You can go berserk after winning something like this, but I don t think I ll get over excited. You ve always got to face reality and I don t want to go off the rails.
