Very nice post. I live in Illionis too, and only play at the local store. Notice I said PLAY because I havn't won yet and I am still searching the post here for help, Illinois help to be specfic!! What have you found out about our game that might help us newbies in Illinois?? Also, it seems that sometime, weekends they switch the ball sets so just when you think you got a winner, BAMM!! NOPE. UPDATE!

OK, since I last posted this (Sep 22) I've seen this:

The first or last digit from the previous drawing (Il EVE Pick3) repeat 47% of the time. One of the digits from the previous drawing repeat 76% of the time.

For the Double delta system what follows has happened 26% of the time:

say the previous drawing was 123.

Using the 'double deltas' you get

317

What I've been seeing is 26% of the time the next drawing's winner is... [ More ]

OK, let me rethink that about the first or last digit from the previous drawing repeating the next draw.

(Illinois evening pick 3)

For the last 82 draws, that happened 39 times, or 47.56% of the time. At first it didn;t look like it ws happening, only had happend 4 times out of the first 14, but then it would hit a run where it happened 10 times out of 17.

So let's say it is something to be aware of.

Good thought! Looking at the single pyramid one to reply to this I just realized (give me a duh!) that it assumes the first or last digit from the last drawing will repeat.

That happens, sure - but not as often as this sytem calls for.

Thanks, Coin Toss. Have you ever taken this sytem and tooled around with it to make it more user friendly for yourself? I've heard say that lots of people have to do that to get it to work, any of his systems, that is.

No, it's not that consistent at all. That sequence just happend for that particular draw.

There's double pyramids (deltas) for each digit, all have different +'s and - 's.

So the Delta system basically adds, +3+2+7, +4+3+4, +6+6+5 to your previous draw? Don't mind me, I'm just being nosy! But also curious how some of his systems work. I bought one for pick 5 and wasn't too happy with it either. You have to have 3 of the correct numbers to begin with to make it work

For most of that time I was also tracking +2 -2, it had the same results, 0 for 53. I still wonder about that one because if tonight's draw has a doulbe, adding or subtracting 2 (lotto math) calls for another double.

I didn't see that happen, let alone the right numbers hitting.

There were two systems I bought way before emily g invited me here, I just ran them for 53 drawings and thought I'd post the results.

The first I'm pretty sure was from Steve Player, one of the lower priced ones, called the Pyramid System for Pick 3. You take the last drawing and reduce it to the lowest series, i.e. 421 would become 124.

You then look up 124 and it looks like this
