It is cool true. And I don't wnat to spoil the fun. I am going to use it myself.

However since this is a Mathematics thread let's look a bit closely at the thing.

What if someone came to you and said

1. Think of the year you were born...Call it B

2. If you had your birthday already this year subtract B from 2006

3. If you have not had a B-day this year subtract B from 2005.

The resulting number is your age...

It's the same thing...

Well of course it works. All you did was subtract the year you were born from this year. The rest was just smoke and mirrors to make you think you were doing something other than simple arithmetic.
