Lotteries commissions in every state get many such claims every year.  Here in Ohio some have gone as far as to file a police report and after a full investigation, the kindest thing that could be said about them is they were mistaken. They tried to say there were only 3 first prize tier winners, but there were more as they couldn&#x27;t have printed out only 463,400 additional tickets to water down the winnings.  There were only 2 previous winners, Sept 2005 and July 2006.  We had 3td ticket, which was rendered extinct.  Then Sept 2, a man won in Summit, NJ and that was declared the third winner and all prizes were deemed to be paid out.
