However, if the tickets had been copied or scanned for each member, at least the error would have been caught.  I also agree with other members here that we&#x27;re not getting the whole story. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s the fault of the whole group for not making adequate plans. It&#x27;s a foregone conclusion that a some point somebody won&#x27;t pay on time, so anyone with a brain could account for that in the pool&#x27;s agreement. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>At least since the group didn&#x27;t win anything, those members who didn&#x27;t contribute to help buy tickets won&#x27;t have to go to court to get an equal share of the winnings.  No matter how they divide zero it comes out the same for everybody.  That&#x27;s the chance one takes when joining a lottery pool.</p>]]></description>
