I was talking to a woman this week whose computer is sluggish and I mentioned cleaning out her cache and asked when she last ran the defrag. She said  never  and she&#x27;s had the computer for 3 or 4 years!! I&#x27;m on DSL, thankfully.<br /><br />You might try Opera, new version just released .... it&#x27;s what I use when things are slow or having problems getting on a website.</p>]]></description>

IE-7  Tools &#x3e; Internet Options &#x3e; Browsing History &#x3e; Delete &#x3e; Temporary Internet Files &#x3e; Click Delete &#x3e; Close when it&#x27;s done.<br /><br />I have my browsers set to dump cache when closing IE-7  Tools &#x3e; Internet Options &#x3e; Advanced Tab &#x3e;  Security &#x3e; Check box by    Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder When Browser is Closed &#x3e; ok and it rests it.</p>]]></description>
