Gee Jimmy, looks like us in PA aren't as bad off as we would like to think in terms of % pay out.

I keep track, and it pretty much agrees with what i buy, and just like slots, the higher demonimations pay higer %.

I'll repeat my question here:

As newer games are issued, don't the average odds of winning anything seem to get higher.?

For example, the original $5 Bingo game was about 1 in 2.5, then 1 in 3, now it's one in 4. Like wise other games, the average $1 game was about 1 in... [ More ]

I put it in the general discussion because nobody ever goes into the scratch forum, and this some pretty important info. If I ever post an update to this, could you please not move it. It's not the most off-topic thing in Lottery Discussion.

Scratch Indiana from the states giving me BS and add Washington. The Hoosier Loot -ery actually steered me to a Indiana state law archive which has all the info I need. So maybe they aren't so bad after all. But Washington just e-mailed me about a whole bunch of rules about obtaining the prize payouts for their state, or even the full prize odds.

Well, so far anyway, I've found that California actually has the lowest payouts on $1 tickets at a measly 49%. But when it comes to all price points overall, NC definately is the worst.

NC's lowest-in-the-nation scratch payouts have been a frequent topic on LP.

AFAIK most NY scratches pay 65% regardless of denomination.
