			<description><![CDATA[<p>Gee Jimmy, looks like us in PA aren&#x27;t as bad off as we would like to think in terms of % pay out.<br /><br />I keep track, and it pretty much agrees with what i buy, and just like slots, the higher demonimations pay higer %.<br /><br />I&#x27;ll repeat my question here:<br /><br />As newer games are issued, don&#x27;t the average odds of winning anything seem to get higher.?<br /><br />For example, the original $5 Bingo game was about 1 in 2.5, then 1 in 3, now it&#x27;s one in 4. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Scratch Indiana from the states giving me BS and add Washington. The Hoosier  Loot -ery actually steered me to a Indiana state law archive which has all the info I need. So maybe they aren&#x27;t so bad after all. But Washington just e-mailed me about a whole bunch of rules about obtaining the prize payouts for their state, or even the full prize odds.</p>]]></description>
