Finally! someone who isnt a mary sunshine or a grey cloud of doom! Thank you for placing both feet on the ground and reaching for the stars! Tis the realist that accepts things!

As to the original concept of winning. Its 50/50. You either win or ya lose. As to WHAT amount you win, thats a whole other bag of beans. Rarely do I think of my ticket other then in the Ive won or I didnt win. There isnt any if only , or gosh I was so close! . I figure take it as it comes.

I look at it this way. The only way to guarantee NOT to win, is not to play. By the way, someone always wins, eventfully. I think it just as well could be me as the next person.

I don't think negative (that's not good), I don't think positive (I always get let down), I think REALISTICALLY, if I win, I win, but I enjoy trying to get myself in a better position to win, to me that's fun.

I see it like this. There are 104 chances to win the Usa Mega Millions Jackpot each year. There are also 104 chances to win the Powerball Jackpot each year as well.
