			<description><![CDATA[<p>There is a statistic that 70% of Power Ball wagers are quick picks, but I haven&#x27;t seen Pick-3 and Pick-4 quick pick statistics. I started playing the Pick-3 in 1979 and have never bought a quick pick or talked to anybody that consistently buys quick picks. The only reason I would buy a quick pick is for the action, a chance to win knowing that any 3-digit number may be drawn.
