Maybe that's who those two landscapers are that always hang out in the Broadway Boys parking lot watching me? I think if a system were that reliable the income would have to be a LOT to be worth taking the offer, because they could just say screw you, I'll play 1.00 instead of .50 and double my own income! Or if the prg. is that good and could be proven via backtest the person would make millions selling it plus get more attention about it. The upside if the story were real is that the dra... [ More ]

I remember reading a story on here about a new computer that can pick 1000's of numbers a minute, just wondering that if thats the case all the numbers we play have been drawn already and as we try to figure systems out that there is not a one system that can break this code. I have added a midday number and a evening number together before and come up with 1441 which in turn I played 545 and won 500.hundred dollars but its not consistant and have tried this other times and it does work. So I d... [ More ]

cheesegrits

So someone develops a system for hitting Cash 3 or Cash 4 on a reliable basis. The lottery commission notices someone is cashing in on a regular basis for big wins.

Never say never, but I would like to think someone sharp enough to develop such a system would also be sharp enough to stick to Pick 3 payoffs under any taxable amount.

Nice and 'quiet' payoffs, hand in the ticket and collect $40, $80, $290, $500, whatever. It also changes slightly with every drawing, sort of like a morphing code within the master code.

If you ever saw the movie Contact , you'll remember that after trying to understand the messages the aliens were giving, they had to resort to thinking outside the box, when breaking the alien's coded messages. It turned out that the messages were to be put into a 3-dimensional fo... [ More ]

Since the lottery is NOT Rigged as most people believe (not me though), then their is no code to break.... The only way to assure yourself of a win ever draw is to play every combination which is unrealistic. While I respect everyone's effort in trying to come up with ways to decipher what the next draw is ( I also do), by doing so is suggesting the lottery is rigged, right? I think so..

Should anyone find that holy grail and win the jackpot many, many times in a row, every state will switch immediately to QP's only.

There is no way any lottory will pay someone not to play; at least, not until all their options are exhausted. QP's only is a sure way of circumventing any winning system

First, I'd imagine that if someone ever cashed 50 straight tickets a day, that they wouldn't do so at one store. Personally, I would cash 5 tickets at 10 stores, and change them everyday, even if it meant driving somewhat long distances.

Secondly, I have a hard time believing that anyone could ever correctly follow the natural flow of chaos and break it's code, as long as the lottery officials keep messing around with the tube shuffling and pretests.

That being said, even if the officials... [ More ]

That kind of thing is fun to daydream about, but I hope there aren't many people who are nervous about that scenario becoming reality.

It would be nice if someone would first come up with a system that always wins, and then we can see what happens to them. But that hasn't happened yet.

I was daydreaming, and I really do not believe in conspiracies as far as politics or business goes. I think most conspiracies were thought of as they happened, like the Enron fiasco, instead of someone sitting down and planning to ensure world domination in 15 years time. Others believe otherwise, I have no argument with them or their beliefs.

So someone develops a system for hitting Cash 3 or Cash 4 on a reliable basis.
