Bingo...lol<br /><br />One of the biggest BS artists around.<br /><br />His latest crap is just as bad as all the other ones.<br /><br />The only one which has a little merit was one of the first ones he came out with back in 1988. It was about how to locate people who have HUD refunds due to them.<br /><br />The tricky part is using resources that have not already been exhausted in finding these people. I had one idea with  people finders , but I think someone most likely beat me to that...lol</p>]]></description>
