Even though they may think they have the upper hand, they better think again. I'm working some other possibilities that I can not fully mention here, but it will be a shocker to say the least.

Back on 2007-10-28 @ 15:39 ET, I posted a modified graph that was presented at the beginning of a Lottery Post News story; the News post was Tenn. players picked up on new odds before lottery revealed glitch.

The last two sounds to present are the 'A missing 6-7-8' anomaly for Cash 4 and the 'H-L-M' anomaly for Cash 3. The 'A missing 6-7-8' anomaly is the reoccurrence for the numbers 6, 7 and 8 in column A. The mathematically calculated rate of reoccurrence for that type of number selection is based on it's reciprocal probability of success of 3 / 10 and is 1 / (3 / 10) = 10 / 3 or approximately 3.33 draws. The 'H-L-M' anomaly is the reoccurrence of the particular type of possible permutation of the... [ More ]

Doug,

What do you think about, bundleing up your analysis and sending it to that Tennessee reporter? Maybe she will rethink their analysis about fraud. I, for one, believe there was fraud. No idea at all who was involved, but one or more people committed it. Even if no one played any numbers, there was fraud, when they claimed they ran tests and got doubles.

Also, I ran 1500 samples of two different kind of draw sample sizes of 20 and 22 to see what I should get for a distribution.

I am not sure about the troughts of this.

It seems obvious that there was this 'anomalous' process, after all a anomaly could be verified after 20 draws. Some people use analysis after 10 draws, but it should not be considered long enoug. The normal analyzes seems to use 20-25 games (cards, dices, lotto) or 3 weeks (for daily games) ... If after the end of this period the (positive) payout (or payback in this particular case) would be verified to seek for anomalies.

Now, are people interes... [ More ]

Lottery data always have patterns that are bias for a few drawings and can be described as an anomaly only because they have never been noticed before but by the time they are confirmed it's usually too late to be of any advantage.

If a pattern continues longer than a few drawings then the drawings aren't truly random as was the case in the Tennessee pick3/4 drawings after they first started using computer generated numbers which prevented duplicates coming up in August.

WIN D,

I've spotted a few anomalies and interesting patterns within the dates of 2007-08-08 to 2007-08-19 for Cash 4 Midday and Evening drawings. They are subtle but detectable. This is similar to the anomaly I found in the Cash 3 drawing for about the same dates. It almost appears like there was a trigger date programmed in for 2007-08-08. I'm working some of the patterns and inconsistencies that appear to be present in the Cash 4.

I'm creating this poll to get some feedback on what the Lottery Post Community's take is on this. Yes, this is related to the Tennessee Cash 4 drawings for 2007-08-08 to 2007-08-19. Basically it goes something like this, the question is: Would you have an advantage if you knew some basic biasing conditions the draw process would follow?

Below are three conditions that would all occur within the same set of draws.

1. One of the columns in the draw does not pick a set of three numbers.... [ More ]
