			<description><![CDATA[<p>In Texas, they post on the website for each scratch off game how many tickets are printed and how many winners are printed for each winning amount. Also, how many winners have been cashed in up to a certain date. They also post the overall odds. It&#x27;s all pretty detailed, which I like, though I rarely play scratch offs anymore.<br /><br />I suppose they could out and out lie about the statistics, but I rather doubt that would be the case.
