			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;d go green too if only it didn&#x27;t take 10-20 years to recover the cost of doing so, if you ever do. I&#x27;d love to buy a Tesla Roadster but even if I was able to afford one I&#x27;d still be looking at the cost of it verses whether or not I&#x27;d save anything (money wise) by doing so. I have filled the tank on that car 26 times since I bought it (yes I drive it all over the place!). With my old car it would have been at least 3x times that number of fill ups. In fact, they even have bike riding lanes painted on the roads. I can&#x27;t say for sure but the artsy fartsy ilk of the tree huggin kind tells me they&#x27;re relatively well off, and a buck increase in a gallon of gas won&#x27;t hurt them one bit.
