Look at the past history of your state's Pk3 game and see if this doesn't hold up.

Draws will have at least one of the digits 0-1-2-3-4 approximately 80% of the time.

Therefore, if you're looking to filter, you can filter-out combinations that do not have any one of those digits. Those combinations don't fall as often.
