I have done it often. It is very frustrating knowing that I was only one number off of winning thousands sometimes, and millions other. For instance, one time, my numbers were all exactly one number off from the draw. Every number. Another time, I did win money, but three of the other numbers were exactly one number off. A few years ago my sister had 4 of 5 plus the megaball on the mega millions....missed it by one stinking number. Sad part is, she don't even use systems or strategies or even really follow the game much. Was I a bit jelous??? Oh yea! lol

I've only come that close once years ago in the Ohio Super Lotto, a 6/49+1 game. I won $1500 instead $17M if my memory is right. I had just retired and was developing my system so I was sure it would happen again. That was seven years ago and it hasn't happen since even though I think my system has improved. I'm beginning to think it was due more to luck than my system.

When playing Powerball or Megamillions, I've noticed many people

who have played say that they just missed hitting several of their

selections by just one number. Has this ever happened to you?

It has happened to me several times. I was just curious if anyone

here on the Lottery Post website has ever tried to explain this
