But still 250 million people the population of the U.S times 50 dollars equaled 12 billion 500 million and they are only paying 500 million...Remember this is only a 1 time payment of the population of America, is not including the world...

It's pretty simple. There are roughly 300 million people in the US, so paying $700 billion can easily be done by just collecting $2333.33 from every single one of them. It's not a lottery, and you don't have to be in it to win it. You just have to stay alive, and the government will come and collect the money. The only comparison I see is that the the Fed prints money to bail execs out and the lottery prints tickets to bail poor folks out.

The US should set-up a national lottery to raise some of the revenue needed for the Wall Street bailout. It could raise billions each year.

A lot doesn't add up to the bail out. Executives ending up with large bonuses. The head of the Treasury saving the company he left only two years ago (Goldman Sachs). Both political parties are to blame in this one yet only one seems to get blamed in the press. The biggest problem is giving loans to people who don't have the money to pay them off in the name of being fair . Once you stop caring about basics like that it all goes down hill.

How many of you are listening to the 700 BILLION dollar bailout that the government is going to do to WallStreet? I mean again is not 700 million but instead 700 BILLION dollars almost 1 trillion dollars...Now something doesn't add up if you compare it to the Global Lottery...They say that the global lottery is going to pay 500 million...I found this to be very low....
