			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sum 11 16 is different from one another, even though they share 9 single box, and 54 single straight numbers. We are not counting doubles and tripples, as the methods above we are aiming for box. If straight, then 9 x 6 (6-ways) = 54 single straights.<br /><br />Sum 11 are made up of 2 high number and 1 low = HHL<br /><br />Sum 16 are made up of 2 low number and 1 high = HLL<br /><br />The majority of All States pick 3 eve results stays on the HHL side for singles. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m getting confused, the op refers to the range 11 to 15 due to the filtering for the odd/even parity as well as the hi/low.<br /><br />Do these parities apply to Virginia consistently enough to reduce the range of plays to the 11 to 15 sum range ? or do the 2 replies above mean that Virginia&#x27;s sums outside of the 11-15 range tend to be heavier upward of sum 15 compared to lower than sum 11</p>]]></description>

A lot of states will return a hit sum within 2 drawings 17-30% of the time. These are not combined drawings. I have not checked those stats.</p>]]></description>

However, overall there has been more singles draws than doubles for All States. By having more of singles it allows more chance for Straight hits. That&#x27;s what I monitor at the moment.</p>]]></description>
