They are being jerks.

Just because they are being a jerk doesn't mean you have to be one.

At one of the convenience stores I go to, even the manager says their is supposed to be a sepearate line for lottery tickets. He says that they don't make a lot of money from the lottery and that they sell lottery tickets as a convenience for the customer

Just because you are entitled to do something, doesn't mean you do it.

I am sure you are the same people at the grocery store in the express lane who pay by check or look for exact change.

If I am in line at a convenience store to play the lottery and there are 3 or 4 people behind me, I let all of them go ahead of of me. Three people take 30 seconds total to get out of the store.

Oh yeah!!! I agree that people shouldn't scratch at the counter or fill out their playslips at the register... I also understand that their pizza was getting colder than it already was... But there was an open line 10 steps away. I forgot to mention when I was actually buying my ticket (took 5-10 seconds) the loud mouth of the bunch mumbled some words under her breath... I don't have a problem with someone buying a bunch of tickets and having to count out the money. What does tighten my jaw is when someone buys a bunch of scratchers, then starts scratching them off right there like there was no line behind him. Then he wants more ! That is the HEIGHT of rudeness to me.

Complaining cause someone is counting money? There will always be rude people... But not as bad as when people fill out lottery slips in line I mean who does that? Take 10 to 20 min to fill out the slip at the empty counter and let others get their ticket...

P.S. I dont know how good pizza is down there but up here in pittsburgh, PA gas station pizza is the $H#T!!! I LOVE IT
